Fantastic Location with Wonderful Staff I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had an amazing experience. The hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk from major attractions like the port and the historic downtown area pannier. Public transportation is also easily accessible, making it convenient to get around the city. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. At check-in, the receptionist gave me a warm welcome and provided great recommendations for activities. Throughout my stay, the staff were always available to assist with any questions or needs I had, always with a smile. The rooms (family room) were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A custom welcome card with a gift was waiting us the first day. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service that kept everything spotless. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options and was a great start to each day. One of the best features of this hotel is the first floor, which is like a cozy stop to relax. Anytime of the day, you can enjoy complimentary cake, cookies, coffee, marshmallows, and more. It was such a delightful touch and made the stay even more enjoyable, especially after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and superb service. It truly made my trip memorable, and I would definitely stay here again.”

Updated hotel in the Belsunce area, near the Panier district. Clearly, it is not directly at the Old Port, however it is only about a 5 minute walk. It is also near La Canebière, which is a main street that takes you down to the Old Port (or up to the metro line toward the St Charles train station). Breakfast was perfect and had quite a variety of fresh options. Highly recommend to add breakfast to the reservation. If possible, request a room facing the main street, so you can enjoy the evening activities of real Marseille life. Also, the front desk staff were very friendly, and staffed at all hours. The main door to the hotel is secured so no one can enter unless they are a guest of the hotel.

My recent stay at the hotel in Marseille was nothing short of fantastic. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the friendly smiles of receptionist, who set the tone for the exceptional service I received throughout my stay. The room was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of city. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. I was thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail and the genuine care shown by the staff. The soap and the small note they left on our bed was such a nice surprise. I can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel in the future. Highly recommended!

Location was very good and right in the heart of the shopping, Cafe and Port areas. The staff were excellent especially Theo. Breakfast was good and probably worth the money as opposed to local cafes etc. The room was comfortable and compact unfortunately the one down turn was the shower which was over the bath and whilst warm and relatively good pressure leaked all over the bathroom. The breakfast room was available to guests all day offering tea coffee and cold water and an area to sit, chat meet other guests and plan the future activities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Marseille! The location couldn't be better – just a 5-minute walk to the Old Port and near trams and metro station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. One of my favorite perks was the 24-hour access to free coffee, tea, and drinking water – such a thoughtful touch! The room was clean , with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day out. Overall, a fantastic place to stay
